Exhibition was great , kinda creepy which it was meant to be. all around a great time and great atmosphere! You should definitely come here but not with small children.

We visited the Oldest Store Museum during our trip, and it was a lot of fun to see items from the city's early days. Orville was our guide, and he had a lot of knowledge about the different items, what they were used for, and how much they would have cost. Definitely recommend stopping in and walking around.

We did the old jail tour, and it was one of the highlights of the trip. Learning about the quality of life for prisoners and the fact that the prison was operational until the 50's was very eye-opening and sobering. Our Guide, Patrick (I think that was his name), was very informative and knowledgeable. Even if you are not taking the Trolley tour, I recommend the Old Jail tour.

Absolutely a MUST! Affordable,convenient, full of knowledge and relaxing. You park and ride. Over 20 spots to hop on or hop off, trolleys every 15 minutes, so if it's just to grab a drink or you are visiting an attractive for several hours, you won't have long to wait for a hop on. We are coming back. Everyone is so friendly, felt like family and old friends.

My experience in St. Augustine City was great! I enjoyed visiting different museums and historical sites.

It is wonderful, you must be disciplined, do not eat or drink anything inside the museum. It is impressive, they look real.

Having taken the tour before, I wanted to share the value and experience with family that was in from out of town, and had never been to Saint Augustine. Penny was our tour guide, and her entertaining attitude started before we even walked into the store itself. She started off by producing a small brown bottle and talking about its contents as if it was a magical elixir for everything. She then held it up and asked "Who wants to buy it? One dollar!" She looked at me and saw me reaching into my pocket, and she smiled and said "I know you have a dollar because I saw you getting change." So, for a dollar I got a souvenir and a core memory with my family present. Put a price on that. Once inside, I told her as we continued that was like the Tardis, and she appreciated the Doctor Who reference. This is not only an interactive tour, there is a great deal of antiques, appliances, machinery, and all the things you never imagined existed. Penny was quick to share that if you had the budget to buy these things, they could ship one out...in two weeks (a running gag of sorts). Penny was very comfortable with the material and spoke as though she were a sales person on the floor, working to meet whatever quota her boss had imposed on her. Part of the character she embodied, the tour felt in many ways like someone introducing us to the store before saying that we should go shop.Pro tip - ask questions. After the formal tour, you are encouraged to continue to look around at the various props. Before you leave, be sure to grab a survey. Tips are always appreciated, but positive feedback for those who do you what they do helps as well.

I did this self guided tour as a local and it was very informative. It is a very small museum but it is very informative and learned a lot. Ran into the manger Nick who was very fun to talk to, would go back!

The old jail is interesting. The jail tour includes a tour guide that is in character as one of the prisoners of the past. They walk you through the building and its history telling you about life was like behind bars at the facility. Not an easy life for those convicted of a crime as justice was a bit different back in the day. Make sure you get a discount coupon from the trolley or local tour booklets. We spent about an hour here.
